The Egyptian Museum and Islamic Cairo

Continue to Coptic Old Cairo, including the Hanging Church and Abu Serga Church, then visit the Citadel and Mohamed Ali Mosque. Walk through medieval El Muizz Street and finish at the vibrant Khan El Khalili market, where historic architecture meets local life.
Visit the Egyptian museum in Tahrir Square. Lunch at Abo Tarek which is famous for Koshri, the most common fast food in Egypt, a mix of rice, pasta, lentils , chickpeas, fried onion, and tomato sauce.
Walking tour in Downtown Cairo.
Visit Coptic Old Cairo. Include the Hanging church, Abu Serga Church, The Holy Crypt.
Visit the Citadel. Including Mohamed Ali mosque.
Walking tour of Medieval Cairo in El Muizz Street. This is the best preserved area with mediaeval Islamic architecture such as mosques, houses, markets, and other Mediaeval structures. It’s a perfect place to experience the local culture of Egypt today.
Visit Khan El Khalili market.
