A walking tour through Downtown Cairo reveals layers of history from the late 19th century to the present day. Visitors can explore iconic landmarks such as Tahrir Square, one of Egypt’s most significant public spaces and the focal point of the 2011 Egyptian Revolution. The area also features beautiful examples of Belle Époque architecture, hidden passageways, bookstores, art galleries, and bustling local businesses.
